EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY
The warranty does not cover:
- The setup and adjustments of the product
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product.
- Damage resulting from improper use of the product
- Damage resulting from assembly or setup not in accordance with the user manual
- Failures related to carburation beyond 90 days and clogging of the carburetors
- Periodic and standard maintenance actions
- Modification and disassembly actions that directly void the warranty
- Products whose original authentication marking (brand, serial number) has been degraded, altered, or removed
- Replacement of consumables
- The use of non-original parts.
- Breakage of parts resulting from shocks or impacts
- Failures of accessories
- Defects and their consequences related to any external cause
- Loss of elements and loss due to insufficient tightening
- Cutting element and any damage related to loosening of parts
- Batteries beyond one year
- Damage resulting from the deprivation of enjoyment of the product during the time necessary for repairs and more generally the immobilization costs of the product.
- Counter-expertise costs established by a third party following a quote from a SWAP repair station.
- The use of a product that shows a defect or breakage that has not been immediately reported and/or repaired with SWAP services.
- Damage related to transport and storage (*).
- Starters beyond 90 days
- Oil, gasoline, grease
- Damage related to the use of non-compliant fuels and lubricants
(*) In accordance with transport legislation, damage related to transport must be reported to the carriers within a maximum of 72 hours after observation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Attention: any order must be verified in the presence of the delivery person. In case of refusal, you must simply refuse the delivery and notify your refusal.
