Our SWAP online after-sales service allows you to request warranty coverage for your machine. To benefit from the SWAP warranty, a machine must be covered by a warranty contract.
To make operational your warranty contract, kindly follow these steps : :
- 1.Go to our online after-sales service to identify your machine and validate your warranty contract.
- 2.Make an appointment with your nearest repair station* or return the product to the store
- 3.Get your repaired machine for free
In some cases, a machine can be refunded or a credit note given in exchange. The after-sales service will inform you once your warranty contract has been validated.
